Consultation

A free 15-minute virtual session to meet the therapist and help you make the decision on whether the therapist is right for you. This is time and space to ask the therapist about their therapeutic approaches and and logistical questions you might have about therapy.

Individual Therapy

This is virtual one-to-one time with your therapist. Individual therapy sessions are offered at 50-minutes and 80-minutes. The therapist will use an integrative therapeutic approach that is unique to your needs to help guide you in reaching your goals. This is valuable time and space for your healing. Please note, booking for individual therapy sessions are only available after your initial consultation.

CPT for PTSD

CPT stands for Cognitive Processing Therapy. CPT is an evidence-based approach for the treatment of PTSD and trauma. CPT is a short-term therapy and is typically delivered over 12 to 14 sessions. CPT is intended to help you learn how to change and modify unhelpful beliefs related to trauma. To see if CPT is right for you, begin by meeting the therapist for an initial consultation.

Sliding Scale

The sliding scale offers an equitable approach to therapy services. Please note, the therapist has a certain amount of sliding scale offerings available each week. There are currently no sliding scale offerings available at this time.

CPT Group Therapy

Similar to CPT for PTSD, CPT is offered within an intimate group that harnesses the value of connection and support from like-minded individuals.

Check-In

Sometimes we need a little tune-up between scheduled sessions. The check-in is a 30-minute one-to-one session with your therapist to provide you with a little bit of space to process, explore, and problem-solve.

Standard Rate

Video Session (50 mins): $150 +HST
Video Session (80 mins): $225 +HST

Sliding Scale Rate

Video Session (50 mins): $100-150 +HST
Video Session (80 mins): $150-225 +HST

CONSULTATION

The consultation is 20-minutes for you and your therapist to know more about one-another and ask any questions you might have about starting therapy.

INTAKE

Once we determine that we are a good fit, we can book your first session! You will receive a confidential intake and consent form to complete online prior to the first session.

FIRST SESSION

The therapist may ask additional questions to learn more about you. Then, you and your therapist will create goals and a collaborative plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be!
